8. Christ Church:


   Built in 1865 when the British took control of Nawab Shuja-Abdullah, Nawab of Oudh in 1865. It was badly damaged in the siege of Cawnpore in 1857. 9. Ravana Temple:


Ravana temple is the only one in Kanpur. Ravana is a devotee of Shiva and is revered as the patron saint here.
